Economy delivery time: 5–8 business days (varies by location).
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
- No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. public holidays.
Shipping Area
We currently only deliver to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. Please carefully review the following before placing your order:

Delivery Area: We currently ship to addresses within the 47 contiguous U.S. states.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
- You can confirm if your location is supported during checkout.
- Orders to addresses outside our delivery area cannot be processed.
Address Accuracy
- Ensure your delivery address is accurate, correctly spelled, and includes a complete postal code in the proper format.
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, or return of the package.
Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses
- If your order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, OWNONE will not be responsible.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases, though the cost of the purchased product may still be refunded.
- Additional product and shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Reshipping Timeline
We reserve the right to request that you wait up to 28 business days before resending a product.
Arrangements for Missed Deliveries
- If you are unable to receive the product as scheduled due to personal reasons, please contact us promptly (ownoneofficial@ownone-health.com) to arrange an alternative delivery.
- To facilitate re-arrangement, we may charge an additional administrative fee at our discretion.
- If a new delivery date is not arranged within two weeks of the original delivery date, we may cancel your order, and no refund will be given due to your failure to arrange an alternative delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of the package on the courier’s website.
- Please note: Tracking information may sometimes take 1–2 days to update after shipment.
Delivery Issues
- If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at ownoneofficial@ownone-health.com, and we will help you track the package.
- If the package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with compensation or re-shipping.
Special Circumstances
- In special cases (such as severe weather, force majeure events, customs clearance delays, etc.), delivery times may be extended.
- We will do our best to keep you informed and provide the latest delivery information.
- If the delivery address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in the package being returned or undeliverable. In such cases, we will contact you to update the address and may charge additional delivery fees.
Carrier and Transfer of Risk
- Once the products you purchased leave our warehouse, ownership, title, and the risk of loss and/or damage transfer to you, provided OWNONE has received full and valid payment for the products.
- OWNONE shall not be liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party carriers once the package is in transit.
Taxes
- No sales tax or other taxes are charged for goods.

- Please ensure that the recipient’s phone number and delivery address are accurate so that they can receive delivery updates via SMS or phone.
- If any shipping-related disputes arise, OWNONE reserves the right to make the final decision in accordance with our policies.
